Zijn er al mensen die GE 4.0.21.0 gebruikt hebben om hun apparaat te synchroniseren met Garmin Connect ?
Ik lees op Garmin forum dat bij een aantal personen sprake is van verlies van "activity data" tijdens synchroniseren met deze nieuwste versie van GE.

GE versie 4.0.21.0 krijg ik niet verbonden met mijn Virb Elite. Wat ik ook doe. Lukt het anderen wel ?
De Virb is goed aangesloten, alle andere programma's zien deze wel (Webupdater, Basecamp, JDM, Verkenner).
Ben terug gegaan naar GE 4.0.13.0 en 4.0.19.0 (de installer van die 2 had ik nog) en deze GE's zien de Virb wel. Versie 4.0.20.0 weet ik niet meer. Voorlopig maar even 4.0.19.0 op de PC houden.

Maar heb je ook een Virb Elite (naast je indrukwekkende lijst van toestellen) en wordt die zichtbaar in v 21 ?

4.0.23.0 is uit.
• Fixed an issue that caused activities to be deleted after successfully syncing to Garmin Connect.
• Fixed an issue that caused some devices to not be detected by Garmin Express.
Wellicht wordt mijn Virb weer herkend.
Edit: op Duitse Garminforum wordt dit al bevestigd.

Garmin began rolling out Garmin Express v4.0.24.0 for the PC today. If you would like to upgrade to the latest version, Check for Updates to Express on the Settings page within the Express application. This version includes the following changes:
• Improved the Help page within Garmin Express.
• Added the ability for users to select which drive letter should be used to update maps to their SD card.
• Fixed an issue that caused Garmin Express to disappear when a user switches from multiple monitors to a single one.
• Fixed an issue that prevented users from registering a device that was once registered to another Garmin Connect account.
• Fixed an issue that caused Garmin Express to not detect that the user’s SD card was locked.
