I am just going through all my reported bugs. The definitely fixed more than the changelog says! Will report back with a list.

Fixed:
- In marine mode with Page Layout "2 Columns with Compass", upon moving the cursor, no text is overlapped anymore.
- If choosing a Track in Archive and looking into details, the Navigation button is always skipped. This has been fixed by removing the button (lol)
- GPS accuracy is now correctly aligned.
- GPS north indicator works (again) correctly with all page layouts
- No device crash on using the altimeter page with using elevation / distance setting
- Ant setup page displays "searching", when searching for a new device. Pairing with ANT devices works fine.
- Alarm -> German translation overlaps (You need to install German 2.50 to fix this)

Not fixed:
- Voices, which do not support 'RealDirection' stay quiet and don't say turn-by-turn messages.
- Start route and you can't leave "select acivity" with button quit, if you get prompted to choose an activity.
- If automatic compass is disabled in marine mode, the corresponding data field still works (may not be a bug)
- In Setup -> Timer, the Marine timer has a different fond size than the User timer. (may not be a bug)
- In Setup -> Routing, If Activity is set to 'Prompted', not all options can be set in 'Calculation Method'
- Upon loading a route "Importing Shaping Points" is not translated to german.
- Planing a route and adding via points on the 276Cx - On each adding of a VIA point, it goes back to start
- If a demo navigation of a route is stopped in gps demo mode, after resuming it will always start at start but not resume.
- Device still freezes with Garmin Spanner mode, when opening find->extras->poi and then inserting usb cable.
-> Find -> Addresses -> Choose Map is missing (was in 4.80 available and in 5.10 removed, because I reported a crash with a specific map apparently..)
-> Plot-type 'Barometric Pressure' cannot be selected.
-> Upon navigation switching, it flickers 'blue' or 'grey' (depending on day/night setting), when showing on the right side the navigation turn.
-> 'GPS signal lost' message is shown hidden as of that, the device appears to be freezed (which is not the case, pressing quit exits the message)

Added ' - Voices, which do not support 'RealDirection' stay quiet and don't say turn-by-turn messages.' to the list, still not fixed.

Ook "Nederlands Lieke" is niet meer te horen. Andere Nederlandse werken wel.
Maar dit was juist degene die geen (ellenlange) straatnamen opnoemde.

Maar weer opnieuw doorgegeven aan de support afdeling.

Garmin replied, that they identified the problem with the non working voices (those which don't support RealDirection) and will release shortly (whatever that means) a new firmware update.

Garmin replied, that they identified the problem with the non working voices (those which don't support RealDirection) and will release shortly (whatever that means) a new firmware update.

They further replied, that a new firmware release is currently targeted as january or february.

Firmware 5.50 is out! Changelog unknown..

I did give a try and went through my list with known problems. I can say, that this problems have been fixed:

* Device does not freeze anymore, if Garmin Spanner Mode is enabled, Find -> POI -> Open POI in detail view and you connect the USB cable, so the device asks, if you wan't to enable mass storage.
* The text "Importing Shaping Points" is now correctly translated in german language.
* The message "GPS signal lost" isn't anymore invisible and being correctly shown.
* Barometric Pressure works now and can be choose by Setup -> Altimeter -> Plot Type
* Voicelanguages, which don't support 'RealDirection' do now work and produce voice ouput.

5.50 not available at this moment here.
Will try later on again.

Place it in internal storage in 'Garmin' folder. After a reboot, device will ask if you want to update.
